After being incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1995, the Centre was granted charitable status in 1998.&nbsp; The Chester and Area Family Resource Centre is located in the Village of Chester and has three locations offering part day and full day programs and services.&nbsp; Childcare programs cover children from six months to twelve years of age.<br /><br /><strong>Scope and Summary:</strong><br />This position is responsible for facilitating an enriched, safe environment for individual or groups of children enrolled in The Chester and Area Family Resource Centre programs.&nbsp; This includes developing, implementing and evaluating curriculum, taking into consideration the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of the children.<br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong><br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Establish and maintain positive/nurturing rapport and relationships while guiding behaviors according to the Behavior Guidance Policy<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attend meetings and workshops to develop and discuss new teaching methods<br />•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
